Possible anagram

Working out the likely letters that these dots are forming, I came up with CPUOHGBH????T?P

Dropping this into an anagram generator, I came up with "COmPUTersPHobia" as a possible result. This would put the letters as CPUOHGBHEMSOTAP.

Of course, the is speculative based on guesses at the forming letters, and it may turn out to be very wrong.
